So the way we work with returns is as follows.
For FBA returns, we receive a report from Amazon including the following information: SKUs, Qty, Returned Qty.
Once Amazon has confirmed they’ve added the inventory back to their stockpile, we would show that as well in our system by showing a plus in the fulfillment center in the product details page of that SKU.
For FBM returns, you can find a list in the ‘Returns‘ page (including both FBA and FBM returns), where you can choose to receive the inventory manually back into your warehouse by marking ‘Received’ in the Returns page, or mark ‘Damaged’ if no longer sellable.
