- Go to the “Products” page and click on the ‘up’ ⬆ arrow on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on “Update Products” and select the data type “Products information” from the dropdown menu labeled “Data type.”
- You can then click on the “browser” & upload the file from your computer.
- Map the required fields and follow the prompts.
Please note that at the bottom of the page, you will find sample templates available for download. It is important to ensure that the file you upload adheres to these templates. If the file does not match the required format, the system may not upload the products correctly.
The only required field is “SKU”. All other fields are optional.
You should be able to comfortably upload 10,000 SKUs at a time. However, if you encounter any issues during the upload process, it could be due to the file size being too heavy. In such cases, I recommend dividing the SKUs between two separate Excel files and uploading them individually. This should help ensure a smoother uploading experience.
