“From the Inventory page, click on the ‘up’ arrow positioned at the top right corner.”
This will take you to the ‘Update Products’ page. Select the ‘Update Products’ option.
Under the ‘Data type’ field, choose ‘Case configuration’ from the options.
At the bottom of the page, you will find a downloadable template file for Case configuration.
Simply enter the required information in the provided fields within the file and save it as a CSV.
Then click on “Browser”
Select the file you want to upload and ensure that the columns in the file are correctly mapped.
Then click on the “Next” button positioned at the top right corner.
This will lead you to the preview page, where you can click on ‘Confirm updates’.
