From the Inventory page, click on the “up” arrow.
This will take you to the “Update Products” page. Select option “Update Products”
Under “Data type” select “Case configuration”
At the bottom of the page, you can download a template file for Case configuration.
Just fill out the box information in that file and save the file as a CSV.
Then click on “Browser”
Select the desired file to upload, and make sure that the columns from the file are mapped correctly.
Then click on “Next”
This will take you to the preview page where you can click “Confirm updates”
