I did changes to an FBA shipment on Amazon. Why isn’t it updated on Inventory Ahead?

Our software is designed to synchronize updates made by users on Inventory Ahead with Amazon for FBA shipments created within our system. However, updates made on Amazon for FBA shipments created on Inventory Ahead can unintentionally be imported into Inventory Ahead along with other Amazon-provided information. We do not currently have a separate method to import these updates specifically.

To ensure accurate updates to a shipment, it is recommended to make changes directly within Inventory Ahead rather than on Amazon. If, for any reason, you update a shipment on Amazon and those updates are not imported into Inventory Ahead, the solution would be to manually make those changes to the shipment within Inventory Ahead. This will ensure that the information within our system remains up to date and aligned with the changes made on Amazon.
