Is there a way to filter my products to see which ones don’t have an inventory rule assigned?

To identify products that do not have an inventory rule assigned, you can follow these steps:

1- Go to the Products > Listings page in your Inventory Ahead platform.

2- Apply an advanced filter by selecting FBA = False. This will display only your merchant products, as FBA is not relevant in this case.

3- Alternatively, you can narrow down the search by filtering based on your specific merchant-fulfilled stores, such as Walmart or Shopify.

4- Once you have applied the desired filters, click on the three dots located on the top right-hand side of the page and click on the down arrow to export the filtered results.

5- In the export options, choose the columns you want to include in the exported file. It is recommended to select a product identifier, such as SKU or ASIN. Selecting a Store would also be ideal. Then be sure to select column “linkRuleName“, also known as Inventory Rule.

6- Ensure that you select “All products” as the filter for the Inventory Rule.

7- Click on Export to initiate the download of the CSV file.

8- Open the downloaded file, which will contain all your products along with their corresponding inventory rule names.

9- You can then filter the file to show only the products with a blank inventory rule, allowing you to easily identify and manage them accordingly.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your inventory by exporting and filtering the relevant information from your Inventory Ahead platform.
