Why are my products not importing from Amazon?

If your store settings are configured to include only active products, your inactive listings on Amazon will not be displayed on Inventory Ahead.

To verify this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Settings” and select “Selling Channels”.
  2. Find and select your Amazon store.
  3. On the right-hand side, click on the three dots (…) and choose “Edit”.
  4. Please check the bottom section to verify if the option ‘Only Active Products’ is currently Checked.

If you prefer to include your inactive listings as well, you can uncheck that box. By doing so, both your active and inactive listings on your Amazon account will be visible in Inventory Ahead within the hour.
