Why Am I Unable to to Change the FBA Shipment status to Shipped? -Wrong Box Dimensions

When creating an FBA shipment, the item box dimensions need to correspond correctly with the item dimensions listed on Amazon.

Sometimes, if the item box dimensions are smaller than the item dimensions, Amazon will prevent you from proceeding with the shipment until the dimensions are corrected.

If you update the status to ‘shipped’, the status will automatically revert back to ‘working’ until the necessary corrections are made.
